Once Upon a time...
Once upon a time, Grant and Kelly took a wine tasting and truffle making class in a local kitchen shop. Kelly fell in love with working with chocolate and Grant took on the task of creating the perfect caramel.
After much experimenting and perfecting their recipes, home base was moved to a local commercial kitchen and Old Town Delights was born.
Since then, Kelly, Grant, and anyone they can find that is willing to taste test, have been spreading the joy of soft butter caramels and yummy dark chocolate creations.
